Deadline: Tuesday, April 30, 2019
WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT?
Each year, approximately 50 established, senior-level leaders are selected to participate in LCE’s Leadership Arlington nine-month, nationally recognized program. Participants can expect a transformative experience that exposes them to critical community issues while expanding their leadership capacity. Leadership Arlington engages leaders to become committed to social, civil and economic health of our community. Participants will grow their network through their classmates and the 1,500 Alumni who have graduated from LCE programs.
FROM OUR ALUMNI:
“Leadership Arlington is developing and connecting the civic entrepreneurs who are pulling the county together and moving it forward.”
-Lyles Carr, Senior VP, The McCormick Group
“By bringing together leaders in the community, Leadership Arlington continues to make a strong contribution to the overall health of our region.”
-Jim Cole, President & CEO, Virginia Hospital Center
“Leadership Arlington promotes meaningful diversity by uniting leaders of all imaginable backgrounds who are committed to taking Americans to new heights. It always strikes me as unique and profoundly powerful that collaborations which result from participation in Leadership Arlington have only one common denominator – that there is no common denominator among the participants – different races, different business perspectives, different income levels, different educational levels all coming together to improve this community.”
-Christian Dorsey, Chair, Arlington County Board
